iPhone Camera In Action, In Wild, mmm Toast!

When it comes to mega-pixels, having two of them on a mobile device looks pretty nice. The recent camera phones have had 1.3 mega-pixels, but new phones like the Motorola RAZRMAXX ve, KRZR, & Apple iPhone have 2 whole mega-pixels meaning photo quality is looking better with every new effort.

Recently there has been more iPhone hype generated from a Flickr search for "pictures taken with iPhone".

Now, with the iPhone having a June release it would be impossible to have photos taken with an iPhone right? But the Flickr search did have results showing some photos said to have been taken with an iPhone, and here is the EXIF data to at least sort of confirm it:

Camera: Apple iPhone
Aperture: f/2.8
Orientation: Rotated 90 degrees clockwise
Date and Time: 2007:04:21 10:23:45
Color Space: sRGB
Tag::EXIF::0xA500: 11/5
Compression: JPEG
Image Width: 1600 pixels
Image Height: 1200 pixels

Its typed, so it could be forged, but I didn't do it.

Stay posted for official confirmation and more news on the iPhone.
