RIAA's Got Beef With College Kids

Usually I don't really pay attention nor care about RIAA bull crap, but today I read about the students at the University of Nebraska standing up to the RIAA.

The RIAA has been heavy on getting college students to fess up for illegal music downloading and to "settle it at a discount".
The RIAA asks Universities to share data that would show which students are sharing files by an IP address.

The Universities in most cases don't cooperate because they feel no need to snitch students out for something as minor as file sharing, but if ordered by court to do so, they will. ISP's didn't cooperate with RIAA either.

Lets see where this goes when it hits in court more.
